Children’s Privacy

In compliance with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act of 1998, Sarkli/Repêchage Ltd. does not collect, store or use PID at our web-site from someone we actually know is under 13.  In fact, no part of our web-site is designed to attract anyone under 13.  Children under 13 may not and should not use our site in order to submit any personally identifiable information about themselves. 

Opt-Out

You should not submit pID to www.repechage.com if you do not agree to have that information shared with third parties.  You may, at any point, opt out of sharing your pID with third parties by contacting us via e-mail at webmaster@repechage.com or sending a letter to Sarkli/Repêchage Ltd., 300 Castle Road, Secaucus, NJ 07094, Attention: Internet Department.  PLEASE NOTE THAT IT MAY TAKE 6-8 WEEKS FROM THE TIME WE RECEIVE YOUR REQUEST FOR THE OPT-OUT TO BECOME EFFECTIVE.

If you choose to opt out after we have shared your PID with a third party or transferred or deleted it, we shall have no obligation to control and/or stop the usage of the PID by a third party.  You understand and agree that Sarkli/Repêchage Ltd. shall not be liable or responsible, in any manner whatsoever, for the use of your PID by a third party, or for any transfer or deletion that may have occurred.  Furthermore, Sarkli/Repêchage Ltd. shall have absolutely no obligation to cause the third party to cease from using your PID.  If this is not acceptable to you then you should not provide your PID to www.repechage.com at any time.

·        Other Opt-Out Options

PID Update

If you have previously submitted PID, and you would like to review, update, or have your PID deleted from our databases, please contact us via e-mail at webmaster@repechage.com or send a letter to Sarkli/Repêchage Ltd., 300 Castle Road, Secaucus, NJ 07094, Attention: Internet Department.  Please note that it may take 6-8 weeks from the time we receive your request for the opt-out to become effective.

We may share your PID with third parties and are not responsible for monitoring the use of such information or ensuring that third parties with whom we have shared your PID update or delete your PID.  If this is not acceptable to you then you should not provide your PID to www.repechage.com.

Agreement to Privacy Policy

In using the www.repechage.com site, you expressly agree to this Privacy Policy and to the Terms of Use Agreement.  If you do not agree then you should not use the www.repechage.com site.  If Sarkli/Repêchage Ltd. changes this Privacy Policy or the Terms of Use, your continued use of www.repechage.com following the posting of such changes shall constitute acceptance of those changes.

MODIFICATION OF PRIVACY POLICY
