North or South take exit 153 to Route 3 East toward NYC; travel on Route 3 East and pass the Meadowlands Sports Complex drive toward the Meadowlands Pkwy exit. This exit will be on your right hand side of the highway, just after the small bridge. On the turn stay on left toward the light and make a left at the light. Travel on the Meadowlands Parkway for several lights—stay on the road until the end. The end of this road curves and turns to the left into Castle Road. Repechage is located approx. 5 buildings on your right.

Exit 16W Sports Complex, pay toll and stay to the right Route 3 East /Service Road; this road will merge onto Route 3 East toward NYC . Travel on Route 3 East and pass the Meadowlands Sports Complex drive toward the Meadowlands Pkwy exit. This exit will be on your right hand side of the highway, just after the small bridge. On the turn stay on left to the light and make a left at the light. Travel on the Meadowlands Parkway for several lights—stay on the road until the end. The end of this road curves and turns to the left into Castle Road. Repechage is located approx. 5 buildings on your right.
Eastern Spur/Extension
Exit 15X—follow ramp; pay toll and travel three lights past the Secaucus Train Station. At the third light make a left and then a quick right onto Castle Road. Repechage is just down the road on the left.

Take Route 3 West to Meadowlands Parkway Exit, make a left at the bottom of the exit ramp and follow Meadowlands Parkway to the end. The road will bare sharply to the left and becomes Castle Road. Repechage is located approx 5 buildings down on the right.

Take the George Washington Bridge toward NJ I-95 Cross Bronx Expressway/US 9 head over the bridge toward New Jersey look for signs stating NJ Turnpike Local Lanes this will take you toward the NJ Turnpike. Once on the turnpike follow directions above for "NJ Turnpike"
