Repêchage is offering you the chance to win a $50.00 Gift Card*, redeemable on www.repechage.com for consumer purchases by posting a review of C-Serum with hashtag #C-SerumPromoEntry:on Repêchage's C-Serum page.  In order to qualify, your review with hashtag #C-SerumPromoEntry:must be received between March 8, 2016 9:00AM EST and March 15, 2016 5:00PM EST. We will randomly select five (5) winners by  March 31, 2016and notify the winners via Facebook and/or email by March 31, 2016.  No Purchase Necessary.  Only one (1) entry per person during promotion period.  Any shipping or handling charges, federal, state or local taxes, if applicable, are the sole responsibility of prize winners. By entering the promotion you agree to be bound by the Official Rules and you agree for your name to be posted on Repêchage's Facebook page, Repêchage's YouTube Channel, Repêchage's Twitter, Repêchage's Linkedin, website, blog or other social media.  Sarkli Repêchage, Ltd. reserves the right to cancel, modify, suspend or terminate the promotion if it cannot be conducted as planned, at its sole discretion, without liability.

By entering this promotion (“Promotion), entrants accept and agree to be bound by these Official Rules. If you do not agree to the Official Rules you may not enter the Promotion.  Any violation of these rules may result in disqualification.  All decisions of the judges regarding this Promotion are final and binding in all respects.

1. SPONSORSHIP. This Promotion is sponsored by Sarkli-Repêchage, Ltd., 300 Castle Road, Secaucus, NJ, 07094 ("Sponsor").
2. PROMOTION PERIOD. Promotion begins March 8, 2016 9:00AM EST and March 15, 2016 5:00PM EST by which time all reviews and entries must be received ("Promotion Period"). 
3. ELIGIBILITY. Promotion is only open to legal residents of the 50 United States and District of Columbia who are at least 18 years old as of the date of entry, except officers, directors, members and employees of the Sponsor, or any other party associated with the development or administration of this Promotion, and the immediate family (i.e., parents, children, siblings, spouse), and persons residing in the same household, as such individuals. This Promotion is void outside the 50 United States and the District of Columbia, and where prohibited.
4. HOW TO ENTER. To enter the contest,post a review of C-Serumwith hashtag #C-SerumPromoEntry:on Repêchage's C-Serumpage.  Only one (1) entry per person during the Promotion Period.  No purchase necessary. 
5. PRIZE DESCRIPTION. There will be five (5) winners.  The prize is a $50.00 Gift Card redeemable on www.repechage.com for consumer purchases only, valid through June 30, 2016.  Professional purchases are excluded.  No prize or any portion thereof is transferable or redeemable for cash or cash equivalent.  No substitutions for the prize except by Sponsor at its sole discretion.  Prize may not be combined with any other offers, coupons, discount and/or promotions.  Any federal, state or local taxes, if applicable, are the sole responsibility of the winner.  Shipping and handling charges shall be the responsibility of the winner.  Prize must be redeemed by June 30, 2016. Other terms, restrictions and conditions may apply. 
6. WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION. The five (5) winners will be randomly selected on March 31, 2016and will be notified via Facebook and/or email by March 31, 2016.  If a potential winner cannot be contacted via Facebook and/or email, does not respond within three (3) days from the date the Sponsor first tries to notify him/her, and/or the prize or prize notification is returned as undeliverable, such potential winner forfeits all rights to win the Promotion or receive the prize, and an alternate potential winner may be selected. Upon contacting a potential winner and determining that he/she has met all eligibility requirements of the Promotion, such individual will be declared the "winner" of the Promotion.
7. ODDS OF WINNING. The odds of winning this Promotion depend on the number of eligible entries received.
8. CONSENT AND RELEASE. By entering the Promotion, each entrant releases and discharges the Sponsor, and any other party associated with the development or administration of this Promotion, their parent, subsidiary, and affiliated entities, and each of their respective officers, directors, members, employees, independent contractors, agents, representatives, successors and assigns (collectively, "Sponsor Entities"), from any and all liability whatsoever in connection with this Promotion, including without limitation legal claims, costs, injuries, losses or damages, demands or actions of any kind (including without limitation personal injuries, death, damage to, loss or destruction of property, rights of publicity or privacy, defamation, or portrayal in a false light).  You hereby consent to Sarkli-Repechage, Ltd.'s use of your photo, name and likeness for editorial, advertising and publicity purposes, including, but not limited to, use on company’s website, blogs and social network pages (i.e. Facebook, Twitter, Linkedin etc.) except where prohibited by law.
9. RELEASE OF THIRD PARTIES.By submitting an entry, you are providing your information to Sarkli-Repechage, Ltd. and not to Facebook or YouTube. This contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Facebook or YouTube.  You hereby release and discharge Facebook and YouTube from any and all liability in connection with this Promotion.
10. REQUIRED DISCLOSURE. You must disclose that the review is being made in order to enter the promotion by including the following hashtag in your review #C-SerumPromoEntry. Entries that do not contain the required disclosure (#C-SerumPromoEntry) will not qualify.
11. DISCLAIMERS. Entries that are late, misdirected, lost, incorrect, or incompletely received, for any reason, including by reason of hardware, software, browser, or network failure, malfunction, congestion, or incompatibility at Sponsor's servers or elsewhere, will not be eligible. SPONSOR ENTITIES MAKE NO WARRANTIES, REPRESENTATIONS OR GUARANTEES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, IN FACT OR IN LAW, AS REGARDS THIS PROMOTION OR THE MERCHANTABILITY, QUALITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE REGARDING THE PRIZE OR ANY COMPONENT OF THE PRIZE.  Sponsor, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to disqualify any person tampering with the entry process or the operation of the web site. ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE THE WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THIS PROMOTION MAY BE A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND/OR CIVIL LAWS, AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK REMEDIES AND DAMAGES (INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ATTORNEYS' FEES) FROM ANY SUCH ENTRANT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT OF THE LAW, INCLUDING CRIMINAL PROSECUTION.
12. APPLICABLE LAWS AND JURISDICTION. All disputes arising out of or connected with this Promotion will be resolved individually, and without resort to class action, according to the laws of the State of New York, without reference to its conflict of laws principles, and the entrants consent to the personal jurisdiction of the State and Federal Court located in New York County and agree that such courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction over all such disputes.  All judgments or awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket damages (excluding attorneys' fees) associated with participation in this Promotion and shall not include any indirect, punitive, incidental and/or consequential damages.
