On March 28-30, 2009, Repêchage participated in America’s Expo for Skincare & Spa at McCormick Place in Chicago, where the company demonstrated CEO and Founder Lydia Sarfati’s Facial Bar Concept. The Facial Bar is a unique way to expose clients to the treatments that are being performed in the back room by bringing the treatments out into the open. It also expands the opportunity for clients to experience express services and offers the salon increased revenue and retail sales.

Lydia also offered a special presentation “Uncork Your Success: Maximize Your Skincare Business” for salon and spa professionals looking to increase their business, especially in the country’s economic situation. Skincare is still a booming business and many salons and spas are not capitalizing on simple concepts to maximize their business potential. Lydia was also a featured speaker at America’s Beauty Show’s CEO Panel and kicked off the discussion by exclaiming, “Let’s focus on the 90% of Americans who are still employed!” Her upbeat comments on the economy were applauded by the 200+ attendees.
