However, we believe small steps are a positive adjustment. Try waking up a half hour earlier and walking around your neighborhood. An early morning walk gets your heart pumping and increases your metabolism throughout the day. Incorporating at least 30 minutes of exercise into your day is a step in the right direction!
Tip 3: More ZZZ’s
We’ve said it before – they call it beauty sleep for a reason! If you’ve been staying up late, it’s time to get into better habits and go to bed earlier. Unless you want to wake up with less energy, dark circles, bags under your eyes, and eye puffiness, you must be getting a minimum of 7-8 hours a night!
