You’ve cleaned out the fridge, your bedroom, and have re-organized your closet, but what about giving yourself a spring cleaning?

Tip 1: Clean Eating

We stand behind the idea that beauty works from the inside out. When you eat better, you feel better and you look better! This spring take an oath to incorporate more nutritious foods into your diet.  Eat fresh fruits and vegetables, drink water, and take a nutritional supplement to make sure you’re getting an intake of your necessary vitamins! Here’s a delicious & easy salad recipe to follow and don’t forget to incorporate these four foods for beauty into your diet. This will help get your body on track for summer and prevent unwanted stretch marks and cellulite from occurring!

Tip 2: Get Moving

Intense fitness from programs like CrossFit seem to be the latest craze amongst men and women. For the average person though, becoming a fitness buff is in no way easy, and can’t happen overnight. However, we believe small steps are a positive adjustment. Try waking up a half hour earlier and walking around your neighborhood. An early morning walk gets your heart pumping and increases your metabolism throughout the day. Incorporating at least 30 minutes of exercise into your day is a step in the right direction!

Tip 3: More ZZZ’s

We’ve said it before – they call it beauty sleep for a reason!  If you’ve been staying up late, it’s time to get into better habits and go to bed earlier. Unless you want to wake up with less energy, dark circles, bags under your eyes,  and eye puffiness, you must be getting a minimum of 7-8 hours a night! Read our tips to help you sleep better & get a true beauty sleep.
