How to Relieve Tired, Achy Feet

Shiri shares a tip for tired, achy feet from Caleb McGrew of Spa e in Miami. Perfect summer tip to get your feet feeling like they’ve walked on the beach!

Hi, I’m Shiri Sarfati and I want to share my tip with you to have your feet feeling beachy all summer long! If you’re feet are feeling sluggish, sore, or tired, this is the perfect thing to do after a long day at work or the office; or if you were wearing strappy sandals all day, were running around, or even if you were wearing flip-flops all day during the summer.

When you come home, get a really nice basin, you can fill it up with some warm water and I like to take a cap full of sea salts or you can use regular Epsom Salts that you might already have in your bathroom, and pour the cap full of salts into the water. Then, take the Repêchage Essential Oil of Peppermint, which smells so wonderful, it’s instantly energizing by just smelling it; take this and pour a few drops into your basin and just relax, sit on your couch, watch your favorite TV show and this is going to soothe your sore, achy feet and just feel wonderful, like you took a walk on the beach! Leave your feet in here for 15-20 minutes or until your show is over and then all you need to do is towel dry your feet and finish this fabulous spa-like at-home treatment with some Repêchage Sea Spa Foot Cream. I love to give myself a wonderful foot rub using the foot cream. This cream has shea butter and wonderful peppermint oil so it’s really hydrating and energizing. If you want to make it even more energizing, reach for the Repêchage Essential Oil of Peppermint and add a few drops into the foot cream, just mix it in and this feels wonderful, like a day at the spa for your feet.
