Position Summary:

Repêchage is a premiere professional skin care company with products based on the wonders of seaweed and the best natural botanicals the earth has to offer. We are looking for an enthusiastic Telesales Representative to contribute in generating sales for our company.

The ideal candidate will be upbeat, an excellent communicator and a motivated professional who gets inspired by the idea of commission checks.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Consult, recommend and sell skincare product line to qualified spas, skincare centers and resorts
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of sales and prospecting activities, including sales and follow-up calls
  • Develop business in direct sale of professional skin care products
  • Prospect and develop new business and growing existing accounts in the high-end skincare market
  • Go the “extra mile” to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales
  • Minimum 10 cold calls per week
  • Enter and update customer information in our database

MS or MS equivalent in Chemistry or BS Degree in Chemistry +5 yrs exp. in cosmetic formulation and research
Strong background in organic and inorganic synthesis, chemical purification, polymer science & computational chemistry
Expertise in modern instruments (GC, MS, UV, and HPLC etc)
Expertise in structural identification techniques (GC/MS, FTIR, NMR & computational programs) is a must.

Test and analyze product to determine strength, stability, purity, chemical content and other characteristics
Prepare and analyze chemical solution for use in processing materials using GC, HPLC, Refractometers,
Viscometers, and Homogenizers following standardized formulas or experimental procedures
Perform scale-up of Batches from Laboratory scale to production scale
Validate production and test procedures
Develop products formulas, Color match pigments and effect pigments particularly professional quality make-up and other color cosmetics manufactured in-house
