Minimum Advertised Pricing Policy

In an effort to protect the equity and value of the Repêchage brand and support the Repêchage brand as a premium offering, we have unilaterally decided to institute a Minimum Advertised Pricing ("MAP") policy on retail products effective February 29, 2016.

The MAP policy will applicable to retail products advertised by U.S. retailers. The MAP policy applies only to advertised prices and does not apply to the price at which the products are actually sold.
