How to Rejuvenate Your Skin after the Holidays

Are you still feeling the aftermath of holiday parties? Between the excessive over-eating, over-drinking, and sleep deprivation, your skin and body could use some serious rejuvenation.

We're sharing a few simple tips to get you on the right track.

Start juicing

If you’ve drank too much eggnog or champagne, it’s time to shift gear and start putting some nourishing liquids into your body.

Now’s a great time to pull out the blender, pop in some fruits and veggies, and kick start your mornings with a nutrient-rich, and refreshing green juice.

*Our CEO/Founder, Lydia Sarfati's, favorite juice recipe:

  • 1  whole cucumber
  • 1 green apple
  • 2 TBSP honey
  • 1 bunch parsley or kale
  • 1 lemon squeezed
  • For the brave: A few dashes of ginger or cayenne pepper

Detox

How refreshing does a relaxing bath and a face mask sound? Not only does a  bath feel wonderful after weeks filled with excessive activities, but it’s a great way to give you and your skin an at home detox.

Pop on a seaweed-infused hydrating sheet mask and get your seaweed bath running. Seaweed extracts contain an abundance of vitamins, minerals, amino acids and trace elements -- the essentials for detoxing and rejuvenating your skin.

You can also take your detox game to the next level by creating a full spa experience at home

De-puff

Salty foods and alcohol retain water causing unwanted puffiness all over.

Let’s face it, this isn’t a great look or a good feeling.

Laying low on the sugary foods, and opting for green juices and water over soda and alcohol, will be a great way to get back on track, but using an eye gel or eye rescue pads, will help to target puffy eyes.
