Hi, I’m Shiri Sarfati and I want to share with you a beauty tip about inner beauty. As we transition into Fall and the Summer days get shorter and the nights get longer and we might feel sluggish, a little depressed or stressed out this is a really good time to refocus on yourself. I would definitely recommend waking up every morning and doing a few yoga stretches, if you can, just meditating and breathing for a few minutes, even taking a nice bath at night or a warm shower with invigorating essential oils to get yourself energized in the morning. If you have a half an hour take a walk outside, the Fall air might feel brisk but it’s really great and re-energizing for the soul. Come home, make yourself a great breakfast or a green juice, if you have a juicer, or a nice smoothie filled with great berries like, goji berries, strawberries, blueberries, and add some avocado. Use some really great energizing boosters that are going to make you feel great and ready for the day. Take these moments in the morning and in the evening before you go to bed so that you can feel more energized during the day and have a most restful night of sleep in the evening.
Taking a wonderful bath with Repêchage Sea Spa Bubble Bath is a really great calming way for you to de-stress and decompress from a stressful day in the Fall and I know that when you feel good you radiate beauty. Beauty is not just from the outside it’s definitely a holistic approach, the way you live your life, every single day, the way you feel about yourself and what you emit to other people. So take this time, refocus, focus on yourself, breath, do some great exercises, eat well, rest, feel wonderful and you will always look beautiful.
