Shiri Sarfati talks about sensitive skin, common triggers and gives a quick relief tip using Repêchage Hydra 4® Tonic!
Hi, I’m Shiri Sarfati, and I want to thank you all for sharing your comments! I received a comment last week asking for more beauty tips for those with sensitive skin type.
This skin often gets flared up from drinking alcohol, especially red wine, it can also be triggered by eating spicy foods, working out in the gym, as well as extreme change in temperature, for example, from cold to extreme heat, like going to a sauna or steam room. These situations can all trigger skin irritation, it could feel itchy, very uncomfortable and a little heated as well. In this type of situation I love to recommend our Hydra 4® Tonic. What I love about this tonic is that it’s purse size so you can literally carry this with you on the go, so if you end up out for a great tasty meal and had a little too many jalapeños or curry you can just take the Hydra 4® Tonic and spritz it all over your skin. It’s a really cool, wonderful mist and what’s great about it is that it has four different types of seaweed that are instantly going to hydrate the skin and it also has lactic acid that will help with skin exfoliation and help reduce any of the flakiness that you might get associated with sensitive skin and it’s instantly going to cool and calm your skin. It also has great long term effects for skin soothing and reducing the re-activity of the skin as well. This is great if you’re going to the gym, you’re on the treadmill and you get a flare-up. Just take the tonic, spritz it across your face and you’ll feel instantly hydrated, cooled, and calm.
I hope that this tip helps and please check out our other Hydra 4® products in this collection that specifically address skin sensitivity needs. Do leave your comments below, I do read them and I would love to share any skin conditions or concerns that you may have with our audience. Thank you so much!
