Wishing you all a wonderful Christmas with friends and family! Here’s a couple of our favorite easy-to-make drink recipes that you and your loved ones can enjoy!
Spiced Vanilla Tea
- Brew a spiced tea – We recommend rooibos tea. Others that can be used include: chai, apple spice, or regular herbal tea.
- Add a pinch of ground cinnamon
- Add a pinch of nutmeg.
- Sweeten with honey if desired.
Spiced Vanilla Holiday Shake
You can also use convert the hot tea recipe into a protein shake for breakfast, or as a healthy “milkshake” for dessert!
- 4 oz cooled spiced tea of your choice
- 1/4 cup almond milk
- 1 Tbsp of protein powder or 1 Tbsp almond butter (or nut butter)
- Half a teaspoon ground vanilla
- Add a pinch of cinnamon
- Add a pinch of nutmeg
- Honey to taste
Both recipes taste delicious, and remember, tea is naturally detoxing. A win for your palate and your body!
