LS: Not to squeeze her blackheads — ever!
What's the best beauty/skincare advice you've received from your mom?
SS: She taught me at a super young age the importance of a skincare routine. It was part of my hygiene routine, so when I learned to brush my teeth, I also learned to cleanse, tone, and hydrate!
What advice is important for your daughter to take with her throughout the years?
LS: Relax, eat well, enjoy your family, and never go to sleep with makeup on — ever.
What's the best beauty/skincare advice you give to your mom?
SS: Do less, but she never heeds it, lol!
What do you enjoy most about working alongside Shiri?
LS: Bringing a fresh new look at things. Sometimes, when you have been in the business for as long as I've been, it's great to have a second-generation perspective about beauty, business — everything.
What's your favorite way to spend Mother's Day?
LS: Being surrounded by family, my grandchildren, and children enjoying a super gourmet meal with caviar and Champagne. It’s just the best!
What's the best beauty/skincare advice you've given to your daughter?
ER: Apply sunscreen daily, even in the winter.
What's the best skincare advice your mom gave you?
MR: You are too beautiful to wear makeup.
What general wisdom have you taken from your mom over the years?
MR: Never dull your shine for somebody else.
What do you enjoy most about working alongside your daughter?
ER: There are so many things to love about working with Mia. She brings her knowledge to the team every day. She is a team leader and a caring and nurturing human being. I couldn't be more proud of her.
What do you enjoy about working alongside your mom?
My mother is my sounding board. She is there for the good, the bad, and the ugly. There isn't a day that goes by that she isn't walking me through this crazy thing called life.
What's your favorite way to celebrate Mother's Day?
MR: Cooking lobster ravioli for my mom!
What's the best beauty/skincare advice you've given to your daughter?
MB: When Chelsea was very young, she went to the mall with her girlfriends to Sephora. After trying some popular product, Chelsea had a severe reaction. I would say the best advice was explaining her eczema and how Repêchage is the only line she can use due to its nurturing nature and her severely sensitive skin.
What's the best skincare advice your mom gave you?
CC: To wash my face at night and [she helped me learn] how sensitive my skin is, so I can’t use just any product. Also, every decade, you should get a makeup lesson. Your techniques need to change as you age.
What's the best beauty/skincare advice you have given your mom?
CC:Definitely contouring!
What do you enjoy most about working alongside your daughter?
MB: We have so much fun! Chelsea is my best friend. I love to watch her succeed. I am here for questions, if she has them. I love the fun banter and we get to share our close bond with our clients. I love to show younger generations that mothers and daughters should be like this.
What's your favorite way to spend Mother's Day?
MB: I know it sounds corny, but “with my girls” no matter what we are doing. One Mother’s Day, we went to lunch and then came back to the house and sang karaoke till we stripped our vocal cords. 🤣 Best day ever!
What's your favorite way to celebrate Mother's Day?
CC: I love to cook for my mom on Mother’s Day. I like to go to Bagoys, our local florist, and then make a surf and turf with garlic mashed potatoes and asparagus, pour her a nice Italian wine, and just talk and laugh.
