Vanilla-Pumpkin Banana Smoothie
2 tablespoons canned pure pumpkin
5 tablespoons milk (low-fat milk optional)
2 tablespoons plain or vanilla Greek yogurt
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
½ teaspoon honey
1 banana, frozen
⅛ teaspoon cinnamon
¼ cup ice
*Put all ingredients into a blender and let it whip for 30-60 seconds or until fully smooth.
