It's stiff but I like it

"The brush is stiff and hard but that is the purpose! Dry skin and rough patches are now getting better with the winter dryness. It primes the skin before shower to really exfoliate and be more receptive to the cleansing and lotion following. I was skeptical but now I believe it. Even old skin like mine is improving."
